A different way to tell the world through an advent calendar with organic chocolate. Inside of the windows is the sweet chocolate made from organic agriculture to 74% with fair trade ingredients such as cocoa Coproagro of the Dominican Republic and El Naranjillo Cepicafé and Peru and the sugar cane of Manduvirà Paraguay.
The design was created by Mishell Danyy Sotz Son of Aj Quen (Guatemala) ("one who weaves" in Mayan language Kaqchiquel), a nonprofit organization composed of 26 groups with a total of 800 members, 95% of such as women belonging to ethnic Kaqchiquel Maya, Q'eqchi, and K'iche Tz'utuhi. Aj Quen supports the economic and social inclusion artisans and craftsmen of the poor and promote the independent development of members through collective work and productive cooperation.
